
My Story
My path to becoming a dating coach began with a profoundly personal journey through integrative mental healthcare. Living with Type 1 diabetes and navigating the limitations of a fragmented healthcare system showed me firsthand the emotional toll of being treated in pieces—rather than as a whole person. It became clear that conventional approaches too often overlook the essential connections between physical health, emotional wellbeing, and a deeper sense of purpose.

These experiences were the catalyst for founding West Side Psychotherapy LCSW PLLC (WSPT)—a practice rooted in compassion, connection, and truly comprehensive care. I built what I couldn’t find for myself: a space that honors the full spectrum of human experience.

As WSPT grew, a recurring theme emerged: clients struggling with abandonment wounds, people-pleasing patterns, and a painful history of “choosing the wrong partner.” In a city like New York, where dating app fatigue and feelings of hopelessness around “finding the one” are common, I saw a need for deeper psychoeducation around attachment, intentional dating, and relational healing. More and more clients—men and women alike—were craving not just love, but self-understanding and meaningful connection.
That’s where dating coaching comes in.

As a dating coach, I bring a holistic, trauma-informed perspective to every session. I help clients uncover the unconscious patterns driving their relationships, using tools like attachment theory, somatic awareness, and mindful communication to create real, lasting change. Whether you're working through anxious attachment, struggling to set boundaries, or learning to date with intention, my goal is to help you build relationships that are emotionally safe, deeply aligned, and grounded in authenticity.
